BIO

Hi there! My name is Katie and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals through a combination of weight training exercise, endurance exercise, and lifestyle changes.

As a former tennis player and coach, I know firsthand how important it is to stay in peak physical condition. I've also been a long-distance runner for many years, and I've completed several half-marathons and one marathon. However, it was my own fitness journey with my personal trainer that led me to fall in love with weightlifting and ultimately open StudioFlex.

After having had a personal trainer myself and seeing the benefits firsthand, my strong belief in the value of training is something that I want to share with others. At StudioFlex, we've created an inclusive, welcoming environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can come together to work towards their goals and achieve their best selves.

As a personal trainer, I'm committed to helping others experience the same transformation that I did.
