Tim is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is also certified in “Precision Nutrition”, a habit based, behavior-change approach to sustainable and healthy weight loss. Tim worked as a police officer for 20 years before retiring to pursue his passion for helping people achieve their performance and wellness goals. He takes a holistic approach to wellness and believes that exercise, nutrition, and a healthy mind are equally important. Tim has experience training a variety of populations including police officers and active senior adults. He believes the mind and body work as one unit and should be trained that way. Tim's approach centers around training fundamental human movements in order to live a long and healthy life. Tim is an avid runner who has trained for and completed a number of marathons. His passion for running led him to become a certified running coach.
