Owner & Trainer, StudioFlexHey, I’m Kyle. I opened StudioFlex when I was 21 because I wanted to build a gym that didn’t feel like a gym. No crowds, no ego. Just good music, great people, and workouts that actually make you feel stronger, not wiped out.
I’ve spent the last decade helping people move better, gain confidence, and actually look forward to training. My team and I keep things simple: train hard, laugh often, and celebrate every bit of progress along the way.
Outside of the studio, I’m probably traveling, catching a show, or getting lost on a trail somewhere. I love new experiences, strong coffee, and helping people surprise themselves with what they’re capable of.
