Let's be clear: this is no typical group class. This is private coaching with the support of a small team around you. For every 4 students, there is 1 coach.
If you have never trained with Kyle, you will have a complimentary 15 - 20 minute assessment done before you begin your four week course in order to better understand the current state of your strength, stamina, flexibility and movement as well as your balance and coordination.
Strength exercises will be performed circuit style, complemented by plyometrics, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) cardiovascular movements, and lots of core. The workout will push you and challenge your body to work in different planes of motion and will always incorporate new exercises so you never plateau.

Kyle Gee is a certified personal trainer and the owner of StudioFlex. Kyle has been training for almost a decade as both an athlete and professional trainer, and has been featured in social media and on television. Kyle has held positions as not only a trainer, but a manager at 24 Hour Fitness where he specialized in mentoring trainers and company on-boarding. Kyle’s success as a trainer spawns from his own personal weight-loss: in less than one year, he lost over 100 pounds and has kept every pound off. Kyle has an extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition and has a passion for motivating others and getting results.
