Results You Can Feel
“I hadn't been to a gym since 2020 until I found Dorian at StudioFlex. My shoulder pain is almost completely gone and I can sleep on my right side again. My hip pain has improved significantly. We're now working on my knees and I'm hopeful for the first time in years. Thank you, Dorian”

FAQ
How is StudioFlex different from a traditional gym?
StudioFlex is a fully private, one-on-one personal training studio in Pleasant Hill. No open gym floor, no shared equipment, no distractions. Every client starts with a comprehensive Strength Assessment, and every program is built around your goals, your schedule, and how your body actually moves.
What should I expect during my Strength Assessment?
Your first visit begins with a full movement and strength evaluation at our Pleasant Hill studio. We look at how you move, where you're strong, and where there's room to improve. From there, we build a personalized plan designed to get you real, progressive results.
Is StudioFlex right for beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are new to structured strength training or returning after a long break. Because every session is fully private and one-on-one, your program starts where you are and builds at a pace that works for you.
Do you work with clients managing injuries or physical limitations?
Yes. Several of our coaches hold advanced degrees in kinesiology and related fields, and we have extensive experience working with clients who have joint discomfort, movement restrictions, or are transitioning out of physical therapy. Your program is built around what your body needs, not a generic template.
What is the investment for personal training?
Sessions typically range from $125–$160 depending on frequency and program structure. Final pricing is discussed after your Strength Assessment, once we understand your goals and build the right plan for you.
How often should I train?
Most clients train 2–3 times per week. All sessions are 40 minutes and intentionally structured for focused, efficient progress. Your specific recommendation is determined during your Strength Assessment.
Do I have to commit long term?
No. StudioFlex runs on simple month-to-month memberships. No long-term contracts, just consistent, focused training that compounds over time.
Do you offer group sessions?
StudioFlex specializes in private, one-on-one training, though we do offer partner sessions for clients who train together. Either way, your program is fully individualized, not a group class.
Your goals shouldn't be managed by a template. We limit new clients each month so every program gets the attention it deserves.
