“I’ve been training with Diana for the past year, and with her guidance I’ve been able to maintain significant weight loss while continuing to build strength and improve my balance—something even my physicians have commented on. After retiring, I finally had the time to focus on myself, from traveling independently to enjoying time with my grandchildren, and Diana has been a huge part of that. From the beginning, I appreciated her ability to challenge me while respecting my individual pace and always prioritizing my well-being and injury prevention. She understands exactly how to push without overdoing it, tailoring exercises to what I truly need and keeping workouts effective and engaging. As I prepare for an upcoming hip replacement, Diana has thoughtfully helped me get ready for this next step, and I’m excited to return to training once I’m cleared. She is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping her clients grow stronger—and I highly recommend her”

“Since Katie and I started training together, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my arm and core strength, which were two areas I really wanted to focus on. I also feel much more confident walking into the gym on my own. What used to feel intimidating now feels manageable, and I can put together a free-weight circuit without second-guessing myself. Katie and I have worked together for over six years and through many life changes, including marriages, babies, COVID, new jobs, and building a business. Over that time, our work together has grown into a strong, trusting partnership. Katie is always kind, non-judgmental, and willing to meet me where I’m at physically. During difficult periods in my life, her flexibility and support helped me keep showing up for myself and maintain a routine that made me feel better physically, even when I didn’t feel great mentally. Training has reminded me that I’m capable of building and maintaining good habits, even during busy or stressful seasons, and I’m really grateful for that”

“Working with Ryan has made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day. My posture has improved, I have more energy, and my overall stamina is way up. I look different, and people outside the gym have commented on it, which feels really good. I feel more confident in my body now and can wear a tank top, walk past a mirror, and genuinely like what I see. I love training at StudioFlex because I know I will be pushed hard, but never in a way that feels unsafe or puts me at risk of injury. One of my favorite parts of working with Ryan is the structure. I do not have to think about programming or keep track of anything. I am told exactly what to do and can focus on showing up, executing the workout, and getting stronger”

“Training at StudioFlex with Kyle has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. We train together in a private one-on-one setting, and Kyle customizes every workout around our goals and any conditions we’re working with. Our sessions are incredibly effective and genuinely fun, and we leave feeling energized and actually look forward to coming in. For my husband, this has been more motivating than anything he’s tried before. For me, the results I’m getting from hands-on coaching with top-notch equipment are something I could never replicate with at-home workouts or digital classes. If you’re on the fence, I honestly recommend going for it”

“I came to StudioFlex with the goal of re-establishing my fitness routine and getting back in shape. I got started with Keith. After previously losing over 50 pounds through a healthy diet and active lifestyle, I became more sedentary in recent years and stopped strength training, which led to a 20-pound weight gain along with knee and back instability. Given my age, this was concerning. After three months at StudioFlex, I’m back to strength training three times per week, sleeping better, and returning to healthier habits. I credit Keith and the StudioFlex environment for providing a program that is challenging enough to drive real progress while still being realistic to maintain with a busy lifestyle”
